Position Overview
As the Human Resource Director, you will be pivotal in shaping our company’s people strategies. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and performance management. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure a thriving, engaged, and productive workforce that aligns with our values and goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and well-being.
• Training & Development: Design and manage programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and career growth.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Policy & Procedure Development: Create and update HR policies to reflect best practices and organizational goals.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to align workforce strategies with company objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a service or construction-related industry.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Familiar with the Guest Workers Program – H2B
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS).
• Knowledgeable with Excel
• Experience with Benefits, including 401k plans
• Experience with Payroll laws and regulations
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
• Bilingual Preferred.
• Clear background and driving record.
