Who are we looking for?

Operating within the core values and operating principles of the organization, the Automation and AI Specialist will lead efforts to integrate artificial intelligence into business processes, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize operations and enhance decision-making. This role focuses on designing and implementing AI models, tools, and workflows while identifying opportunities for automation to streamline and improve efficiency. The Specialist will work collaboratively across departments to deliver AI-driven solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals.


How will you contribute?

Development and Implementation

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges such as predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and natural language processing.
  • Collaborate with data teams to preprocess, clean, and analyze data to build accurate and efficient AI models.
  • Evaluate and integrate off-the-shelf AI tools or platforms as needed to meet business needs.

Process Optimization through AI

  • Identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.
  • Implement AI-driven insights to optimize workflows, improve forecasting, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing processes and systems, ensuring scalability and ease of use.

Automation and Workflow Integration

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify tasks and processes that can be improved through automation.
  • Work with automation platforms and tools (e.g., RPA, scripting) to complement AI initiatives and create end-to-end solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize AI-enabled automation workflows to ensure continued reliability and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business units to identify use cases for AI and automation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams on the capabilities and limitations of AI and automation technologies.
  • Present AI insights and project outcomes to stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable recommendations.

Documentation and Training

  • Document AI models, processes, and workflows for organizational knowledge sharing and maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to teams to ensure effective adoption and usage of AI tools and systems.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Implement AI solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the business.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to deliver actionable insights, forecasting, and predictive models.


Core Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation), machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and AI-driven tools.


What do you offer?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science, with exposure to automation tools.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building AI pipelines.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) and their integration with AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI domains is a plus.
