This role provides administrative support and coordinates activities to support business line objectives. Maintains department systems, oversees internal processes, collects data and generates reports. Provides Five Diamond service in all transactions.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.50 / hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, shift differentials and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly incentives. Work Model: Hybrid, full-time (Tues, Wed, Thurs on-site in Providence RI, Monday & Friday remote)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5 pm
What you will do:
- Acts as central first point of contact for the assigned department; assist and build relationships with Club employees, management and outside vendors or any service interactions. Maintain, prepares and track report for department appropriate areas of responsibilities. Maintain any office equipment and supplies.
- Provides administrative and secretarial support in assigned department; composes and prepares letters, memos and emails for internal/external communication; maintains appointment calendars; tracks business expenses; maintains confidential files; organizes meetings with internal and external contacts. Process appropriate department application process for specific programs requirements and compliance. Coordinate process and programs with multiple stakeholders and understand outcome and objectives.
- Builds relationships external and internal customers; resolves problem by researching situation, providing information; engenders credibility by developing a comprehensive knowledge of Club or department policies, procedures and services; delivers Five Diamond service in all interactions.
- Researches and gathers routine information/data from a variety of in-house and outside sources for department management upon request; May administer department incentive and/or bonus programs.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education
High School Diploma or GED, with continuous higher education or professional development classes Required
Experience
3-5 years Admin. exp, preferably in service industry Required
