Living Innovations seeks a Shared Living Coordinator in Warwick, RI. This role supports individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) and their Shared Living Home Providers, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of individualized support plans, ongoing case management, documentation and participation in an on-call rotation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, knowledge of RI regulations pertaining to IDD, and the ability to work independently. Statewide travel is required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent extensive experience in the field of human services.
