We provide paid training and assist you in obtain ing the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license for multiple states (AL, AR, IL, LA, KS, MO & MS). AAA offers an encouraging work environment, mentorship program and rewards & recognition that includes international travel for qualifying producers.
Responsibilities include :
Qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.
Following up with members and insureds and prospecting for new business.
Multi – tasking and identifying cross –selling opportunities
Working some evenings, weekends and holidays
Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
Qualifications :
Goal oriented, self-motivated and excited to take initiative and ready to learn
Ability to multitask, cross sell and accurately quote insurance rates
2 years sales experience highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
Strong communication skills and customer focused
Organized and detailed
Successful completion of AAA pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings
