- Install fabricated aircraft interior components.
- Interpret material specs and engineering drawings to ensure installed interiors meet the design spec, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Request material needs timely manner to ensure a continuous workflow.
- Inspect, remove, repair, and install aircraft interior pieces, including doors, galleys, seats, bulkheads, floor boards, emergency path lighting, gill liners, closets, galleys, and lavatories.
- Become familiar with and follow the requirements of this RSQM, Federal Aviation Regulations, Airworthiness Directives, Advisory Circulars, manufacturer’s service bulletins, and any other required references to perform their assigned work. Never begin any maintenance unless in possession of the proper, current, and applicable approved or acceptable data.
- Ensure the work area is kept to the highest standards of safety, compliant at all times, and enforce regulations and practices to avoid accidents. Ensure that good housekeeping practices are performed at all times.
- Perform the proper tagging of Aircraft components, parts, and panels appropriately stored (including racks by aircraft).
- Perform documentation procedures and sign-offs in accordance with the Repair Station Manual and respective task requirements.
- Ensure that tools and equipment are correctly used and handled for both safety and to reduce breakages, wear and tear. Ensure tooling, GSE, and ground equipment are returned to their proper storage areas following use.
- Strive for continuous process improvements and increasing efficiencies in execution and delivery with safety as a priority.
- High School Diploma, or GED. Relevant trade school attendance is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of the Interior Installation process as it specifically relates to the corporate aviation industry, in a completions environment.
- 3 years Interior Install experience, preferably in the corporate aviation completion environment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.
