Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Safety Representative located in Midland, TX. The Field Safety Representative will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations, conducting regular safety inspections, providing training to field personnel, and promoting a culture of safety. The representative will also communicate safety standards and best practices to all team members and take part in the evaluation and improvement of safety protocols.

- Strong knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey safety information
- Experience in conducting safety inspections and providing training
- Understanding of healthcare and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
- A relevant certification or degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, or a related field is preferred
