Position Summary :
Entry – Level operations account manager, focused on enhancing Agency Operations through technical support, staff training, client account management and miscellaneous administrative initiatives. Provides hands-on support for agency software, tools, and platforms to deliver strategic growth initiatives. Lend support to ongoing training and development programs for the insurance department, oversee a portfolio of accounts ensuring high levels of satisfaction, assist with staff oversight, engage in staff appraisals and function as interface between the daily operational level and management. Ensure effectiveness and efficiency to achieve department, agency, and club goals and to maximize profitability.
