Job Description / Primary Objective

- Project Scheduler
- Estimator of all Levels
- Project & Construction Managers of all Levels
- K-12 and CCD Education Experience
- Healthcare (HCAI) Experience
Requirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.)
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a closely related field is required (Experience may substitute for education).
5-15 years of experience in the management of multiple construction projects; experience within a large Capital Improvement program and familiarity with relevant Public Codes is required.
2-7 years of experience in Educational Facility Construction is preferred.
Experience in alternative delivery method is preferred.
Experience with using a web-based project management system such as Proliance is preferred.
Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and / or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS) is preferred.
Experience in Formal Construction Partnering is preferred.
Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction / design processes or similar is strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, including master planning, design, and closeout is needed.
