We are seeking an HR/Advertisement Specialist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. We are a family and offer a culture that is warm and welcoming. Come see for yourself .
Responsibilities:
- Advertising: for positions on all social media platforms including associated job boards. Job fairs, tech school
- Recruiting: Prescreen working with hiring managers through the company.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Orienting new employees – exit interviews.
- Training: Working with managers developing and providing training programs for new employees along with measuring benchmarks.
- Benefits: Administering benefits plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Employee relations: Advising employees and managers on employment law and company policies, and helping to resolve conflicts.
- Performance management: Monitoring employee performance and attendance, and providing guidance to managers at probation and annual timelines.
- Strategic planning: Consulting with executives on strategic planning.
- Corporate image: Educating employees on company values and policies to help protect the company's reputation.
- Teambuilding for the company : coordinate events. Capturing, documenting and posting said events on social media .
- Social media coordinator and representative : Liaison between hired marketing company and management of AActionAir, understanding reporting, spending and advertising budget on-line between various marketing companies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
