Role Overview:
As our Payroll Processor/HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our human resources and payroll processes. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR administration, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, administering benefits programs, and handling day-to-day payroll activities. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR policies, and handling employee inquiries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime, and ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends and provide insights to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in HR and payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Administrator or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and payroll regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; experience with ADP or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
