Our Curries brand has just begun recruitment efforts for a Supply Chain Manager. This is an on-site role that will be based out of our Mason City, Iowa manufacturing facility.

What would you do as our Supply Chain Manager?
You will be responsible for providing leadership and support across the purchasing functions including production, maintenance, and services and driving process improvements in an office environment.
You will also :
- Lead and develop cost extraction projects across CURRIES.
- Lead Supply Chain process improvement projects across CURRIES, including areas of freight, purchasing and materials management.
- Support and drive improvements to business unit and corporate metrics (e.g. cost extra extraction, seamless flow, e-Auctions, supplier rationalization, material throughput, and payment terms.)
- Lead supplier negotiations.
- Develop favorable supplier relations.
- Mitigate and eliminate unfavorable cost drives.
- Develop seamless processes within the supply chain team and across the organization.
- Provide leadership and support to Supply Chain personnel.
- Prepare monthly reports for CURRIES Supply Chain.
- Represent individual business unit during monthly metric meeting.
- Analyze vendor spend and drive out cost.
- Prepare monthly steel forecasts, order steel, and maximize material throughout.
- Represent Supply Chain team during business unit day-to-day functions and meetings.
- Develop and drive standard work procedures within Supply Chain team at business unit level and across CURRIES.
- Actively participates in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees.
- Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations, and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.
