Description
Key Obsessions:
Accurate material movement transactions
- Handle the entry of purchased and fabricated parts, ensuring accurate documentation in ERP system.
- Operate forklift, company truck and other equipment to move and deliver material and parts.
- Perform loading and unloading of trucks.
- Accurately record part movement data in ERP system.
- Create purchase orders for various plating operations in RP system.
- Identify discrepancies through team collaboration.
- Provide necessary parts to facilitate machine building.
- Assist in locating missing and/or stalled parts and organizing rework parts.
- Communicate with Fabrication team regarding part status and issues.
- Foster open communication, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration while upholding Aagard's values of Winning, Together, Honorably, Passionately, and Positively.
- Recommend and implement best practices to prioritize safety, improve productivity, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and vendors, representing Aagard accurately and positively.
