- Program Performance Analysis & Reporting Optimization
- Review current contract performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Recommend enhancements to data visualization, dashboards, and KPIs for better decision-making
- Identify gaps in reporting and propose automation or efficiency solutions
- Assist in documenting and tracking progress on priority initiatives (e.g.,ISO certification readiness, BD pipeline development, or post-award kickoff structure)
- Contribute to research, planning, and execution of strategic projects
- Help formalize and refine operational workflows across delivery functions
- Draft or updateStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)for onboarding, reporting, and client engagement
- Analyze historical subcontractor performance to support teaming strategy
- Assist HR/BD in conducting asurge capability analysis(skills, clearances, personnel availability)
- Develop a"lessons learned playbook"from past contracts
- Create templates for effective knowledge transfer during contract start-up and closeout
- Military experience with transferable skills inlogistics, project management, or operations
- Analytical mindset with an interest indata-driven reporting and process improvement
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to document workflows
- Familiarity withcontract management, business development, or DoD processesis a plus
