- Conductmarket research, draftSOWs/PWSs, and prepare solicitation documents usingCON-IT(or other contract writing systems)
- Coordinate withrequiring activities, industry partners, and stakeholdersthroughout the procurement lifecycle
- Managepost-award functions, including modifications, performance monitoring, and contract closeouts
- Ensure compliance withFederal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFARS, DAFFARS, and agency policies
- Utilize key systems, including:
- DEAMS, PIEE (WAWF, EDA, CLS, JAM, SPM)
- SAM, CPARS, GSA eBuy, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat
- 10 yearsof federal contracting experience (preferably with theDepartment of the Air Force)
- 3 yearsofbase-level supportin commercial supplies/services andminor construction contracting(preferred)
- DAWIA Contracting Professional, FAC-C Professional, or equivalent certification
- Bachelor’s degree(any field)
- Proficiency inCON-IT, PIEE, DEAMS, and other federal procurement systems
