TurnKey Supervisor

Position Overview: To be responsible, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, for all unit turns and direct supervision of all staff assigned to unit turn crew on the apartment community.
Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with NO on-call. $25.00-$27.00
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all staff assigned to crew by assigning work priorities, conducting follow-up inspections to assure assigned personnel are performing the assigned duties in a competent and timely manner.
- Assure all direct report personnel receive adequate training and consult with the Maintenance Supervisor during scheduled employee performance evaluations.
- Maintains responsibility for the completion of all maintenance of vacated apartments in a competent and timely manner utilizing the vacant unit checklist.
- Responsible for repairs and general maintenance of apartments prior to new resident move-ins including, but not limited to, sheet rock repairs, painting, general maintenance repairs and/or replacements, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, HVAC tune-up and inspection, cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, appliances, plumbing fixtures, closets, storage areas, shampoo carpet, etc.
- Scheduling and supervision of vendors associated with unit turns
- Responsible for inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials for unit turns.
- Have constant knowledge regarding contracts and suppliers, their cost of service and goods.
Qualifications:
- Full-time maintenance experience in related fields with a minimum 1 year in supervisor role.
- Some type of formal training and experience in the following areas: Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Neat and professional in appearance.
- Personable and trustworthy
- Adherence to work safety program.
- Physically able to perform all duties required, without restrictions, including but not limited to, driving, lifting, climbing, standing, bending, loading and unloading, and working outdoors in inclement weather
