What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care RN position at Aamira Home Care?
Aamira Home Care is seeking a Home Care RN Supervisor to join our team. This position is a hybrid role that allows for a combination of in-person and remote work.
Job Expectations :
- Complete Initial assessments of clients and develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain ongoing assessment in case supervision of Aamira's clients, assuring an accurate evaluation of patient needs.
- Responsible for supervising and monitoring the performance and skills of field employees, assuring the delivery of quality health care services.
- Maintain current and accurate client records in accordance with Caregiver's policies and procedures.
- May assist in the selection, orientation, development and evaluation of home health care employees, assuring compliance with legal and Aamira's standards.
- Maintain effective liaison with agency personnel and community health organizations.

The salary for this position ranges from $78,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
