The Role :
We’re seeking an exceptional EHS Safety Consultant to join our elite team, based out of North Carolina, with extensive travel across the Carolinas region. This high-impact role is perfect for a visionary leader passionate about transforming safety and compliance in the automotive industry. You’ll be a trusted advisor, ensuring our clients not only meet but exceed regulatory standards while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead comprehensive EHS audits and risk assessments for automotive dealerships and collision facilities, ensuring adherence to OSHA, EPA, and other critical regulatory frameworks
- Provide strategic occupational health and safety guidance, identifying potential hazards, and driving actionable, innovative solutions to mitigate risks
- Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering tailored consulting services and influencing client decision-making at the executive level
- Design and conduct advanced EHS compliance training programs to elevate safety awareness and embed a proactive safety culture
- Leverage cutting-edge technology and data analytics to generate insightful reports, perform statistical analyses, and recommend best-in-class practices
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to address unique EHS challenges
