Overview
Aaniie is one of the world’s fastest-growing home care software providers and we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as a liaison with top-level clients on a day-to-day basis & promote business expansion with existing childcare providers.
Position Description
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities are developing long-term relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, answering client queries, and identifying new business opportunities within existing clients. As an Account Manager focused on our childcare customer base, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, working closely with childcare providers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive engagement and long-term loyalty. This position requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for helping our clients thrive in a fast-paced, growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with childcare customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our SaaS platform.
· Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding processes for new clients, providing training on platform features and best practices to ensure smooth adoption.
· Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, recommending additional features or services that align with the client’s evolving needs.
· Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing proactive support to ensure a positive experience.
· Success Planning: Work with clients to create tailored success plans that outline goals, strategies, and performance metrics to measure success.
· Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and working with the product team to relay key insights and drive product improvements.
· Retention & Renewal: Monitor client health, addressing any concerns early on to ensure renewals and long-term retention.
· Reporting: Provide clients with regular performance reports and data-driven insights to help them make informed decisions about their childcare operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience managing operations for childcare or nanny providers is a must.
· 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role (preferably within SaaS or technology).
· Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and how they can be leveraged to solve business challenges.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and offer creative solutions.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, remote work environment.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment experience is key, a mix of large company and startup experience
· Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s in marketing, business, technical or healthcare field preferred
· Professional & persuasive communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation excellence
Education
· Bachelor's degree and experience in nursing or a related field
