Job Description
We are looking for a Product Support Representative I provides exceptional customer support by addressing a variety of inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts, orders, subscriptions, and product access.
Skill / Qualifications- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience within a call center role or equivalent (e.g., trade school or other training) preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a high level of service during challenging customer interactions.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Assist customers with account lookup, navigation, and resolving product access issues, including extensions and adjustments.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to order entry, adjustments, subscriptions, and existing orders from various channels.
- Manage customer inquiries from onset to resolution using established procedures to address routine problems.
- Update and maintain accurate database records and customer accounts in compliance with business policies.
- Communicate enhancement requests, bugs, and other product issues to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor quality control for all customer interactions using provided systems and procedures.
- Meet service level agreements by adhering to deadlines and minimizing backlogs.
- Build brand advocacy and customer loyalty by embodying company values.
- Be available for extended hour shifts as needed.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
