Job Description

We are looking for a Product Support Representative I provides exceptional customer support by addressing a variety of inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts, orders, subscriptions, and product access. 

Skill / Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience within a call center role or equivalent (e.g., trade school or other training) preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a high level of service during challenging customer interactions.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with account lookup, navigation, and resolving product access issues, including extensions and adjustments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to order entry, adjustments, subscriptions, and existing orders from various channels.
  • Manage customer inquiries from onset to resolution using established procedures to address routine problems.
  • Update and maintain accurate database records and customer accounts in compliance with business policies.
  • Communicate enhancement requests, bugs, and other product issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor quality control for all customer interactions using provided systems and procedures.
  • Meet service level agreements by adhering to deadlines and minimizing backlogs.
  • Build brand advocacy and customer loyalty by embodying company values.
  • Be available for extended hour shifts as needed.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
