- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with all departments to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately and securely when required.
- Uphold company policies while ensuring compliance with industry standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service is preferred.
