The Brand Ambassador team will engage directly with a varied audience including in-store customers, client employees, and College Students to present the client's app and drive user engagement.
The client is building a Brand Ambassador team to work alongside Growth Operations and Marketing in growing the app's ecosystem. The app is the client's app for delivery of in-store goods. The app is now bridging to deliver food and items from your favorite local restaurants. The Brand Ambassador team will engage directly with a varied audience including in-store customers, client employees, and College Students to present the app and drive user engagement. Brand Ambassadors will be evaluated based on the growth of the app's user base. Training and KPI tracking will be provided.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the face of the app in the community, promoting and representing the brand at local events, festivals, and community engagements.
- Drive Downloads of the app and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and execute brand activation events and promotions.
- Support front-line operations by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and dedication to service excellence.
- Track results to scale working tactics and iterate on or abandon lackluster operations.
- Help support scheduling and organization of events and partnerships outside of the client.
- Improve on current processes and ideate new activations and tactics for growth.
- Support managing of activation budget.
- Get "hands dirty" being in the middle of events, etc.
