Salesforce Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce.com
• Be an expert with respect to system functionality and best practices for implementation
• Understand the strategic imperatives, business capabilities, and operating model for each of the service lines and business areas
• Assist business stakeholders to develop a plan for evolving Salesforce so that it supports and contributes to future revenue growth, client satisfaction, competitive positioning and operating efficiency
• Assist business units with adoption strategies, including reports and dashboards to measure success
• Facilitate the management, planning and governance of system demand so that IT service delivery is coordinated and optimized to reflect both the needs of the business area and those of the corporation as a whole
• Identify ways to adapt the system to better support business processes
• Clarify business cases for proposed solutions and workflows
• Establish, maintain and nurture vendor and business unit relationships to ensure optimal solutions
• Work with vendors and IT staff to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce a must, Proficiency with CRM Cloud Apps/Platforms preferred
• A good understanding of cross-channel marketing monitoring and reporting with best practice knowledge
• Salesforce.com Admin & Developer (Dev 401 and 501) – Advanced Certification a plus
• Plan and manage business analysis activities across multiple projects
• Understand, follow and help refine departmental standards
• Must have experience operating in a globally distributed and multi-disciplined teams in a matrix environment and enterprise applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
