Responsibilities
- As a senior member of the Decision Sciences team, you will lead the development of innovative machine learning solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experiences
- You will join a diverse, collaborative, lively group of engineers and scientists long established in the ML space
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of machine learning models and systems that address complex business challenges
- Architect and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness
- Facilitate alignment among senior leadership on innovative ideas and strategic initiatives
- Engage with different teams to incorporate ML algorithms into Adobe products, influencing product strategy and architecture
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of ML models and systems
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Publish technical papers, contribute to open-source projects, and represent Adobe at industry conferences and forums
- Provide technical leadership and expertise, driving the adoption of new technologies and standards within the organization
