Spanish Speaking Legal Assistant

Aaron Ferguson Law, PLLC, is a thriving and growing personal injury law firm in Roseville, MN. We are a diverse law firm specializing in workers compensation and personal injury looking to hire a bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) legal assistant to help talk to clients, open files, send out LOR/NOA and help the team. We pride ourselves in representing under-served communities and strive to provide first class customer service and top-notch legal representation. For this position the ideal candidate has previous experience working in a law firm opening files and talking to clients, or has some experience working in an office. We are looking for the kind of person who takes pride in their work and gets things done, on time and accurately. You also need to work well in a team environment and be committed to working when scheduled. Being able to speak Spanish and English fluently is a requirement. All candidates should demonstrate organization, interpersonal communication, and fluency in word processing and e-mail.

Salary is negotiable and depends on experience and skill set. This is a full-time position that may require some overtime periodically.
