Responsibilities :
What Youll Be Doing (Your Superpowers)
HR & Employee Support
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy for all employees.
- Handle HR duties , including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Assist with one-on-ones with employees , providing feedback and support.
- Coach, encourage, and uplift staff while ensuring accountability.
Office Administration & Organization
Maintain office supplies and equipment for multiple locations.Oversee scheduling, office communication, and daily operations .Assist in team meetings, events, and employee engagement activities .Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes so the team can do what they do best!Proactive Employee Appreciation & Coaching
Plan and execute employee appreciation efforts (birthdays, milestones, team outings, etc.).Be a culture champion promote our vision, core values, and company mission in everything you do.Work with leadership to find new ways to improve employee satisfaction, benefits, and compensation structures .Supporting Leadership & Strategic Planning
Be the right hand to the GM & Owner , helping implement strategies to improve team morale, efficiency, and growth .Offer ideas and solutions on how to enhance company culture and create a thriving work environment.Maintain confidentiality and unwavering loyalty to leadership while ensuring the best for employees.Tech & Systems Management
Strong computer and technology skills comfortable with payroll software, HR platforms, and office systems .Assist in streamlining administrative processes and improving efficiency using technology.Troubleshoot minor IT issues and ensure office technology runs smoothly .Qualifications :
