- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to do repetitive physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and ongoing quarterly testing. We are a drug free workplace!
- Prefer that you have experience as a general laborer in dirt or site construction, landscape, or land clearing industry
- Must be aware of your surroundings, wear protective gear, and keep safety first!
- This can be an entry level position in which will can train the right person.
- Responsible for cleaning and preparing earthworks construction sites
- Help equipment operator and other skilled labor when necessary
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
- Remove, fill, or compact earth or rock
- Follow instructions from supervisors in a respectful and responsive manner
- Ready to and willing learn from on-the-job training when necessary and be receptive to it
- Perform site clean-up
- Ability to work in all weather and environmental conditions including: rain, heat, cold, mud, dirt/dust, and around loud noises
- Workers must be consistently punctual and reliable. Show up on time every scheduled day!
- Worker is responsible to get to and from the assigned jobsite
- Hours are typically 7:00am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday. Overtime may be required.
