General Laborer
Role and Responsibilities
- Must be able to lift 90 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Must demonstrate situational awareness of surroundings.
- Ability to be at work every day with reliable transportation as relocation during the day may be required.
- Ability to work as requested, including overtime, coming in early, staying late, weekends and night work.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Consistently follow all safety policies/rules/regulations and comprehend safety requirements including recognizing hazards.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Ability to recognize and identify poor quality products prior to installation.
- Must meet company employment standards.
- Must have the ability to stand, crawl and kneel for long periods of time.
- Work environments will vary making it necessary to tolerate weather conditions such as rain and extreme temperatures. Employees may be exposed to dust, dirt, loud noises, etc.
- 18 years of age.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work with and climb ladders which includes understanding of ladder safety and inspection
