We are searching for a full time dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 8 years of experience to join our team in Norwalk, Connecticut. Visa sponsorship available. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements : Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Valid State of Connecticut licensure. DEA and state narcotic registration, or eligibility to obtain. Minimum of 1 year experience working in an ambulatory setting or providing urgent care (preferred). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
