Ready to make your next move? Lets dive into what the role entails! What Youll Be Doing : General Responsibilities : Take charge of accounting functions across multiple properties. Analyze profit & loss statements and prepare detailed reports with ease. Ensure timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting functions. Work closely with the Corporate Controller on various projects. Construction Accounting Focus : Track construction costs and compare them to budgets, keeping things on track. Maintain accurate financial records for audits and tax purposes. Stay on top of project billing with the required documents, including waivers, invoices, and other essential paperwork. Process development & construction invoices from vendors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Perform month-end processes, including bank reconciliations and journal entries for development and construction books. Corporate Accounting Focus : Meet deadlines for tax filings and stay on top of the financial landscape. Resolve accounts payable issues and handle queries quickly and efficiently. Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and other reports as needed. Assist with audits, payroll, and additional accounting tasks as assigned by the Corporate Controller. Are You Ready?
