Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure each AATMOS hotel is maximizing and optimizing revenue
- Ensure all systems dealing with rate and inventory are communicating properly
- Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with AATMOS and brand hotel revenue policies and procedures (Operations Manual).
- Motivate, coach and train General Managers, set goals, and provide appropriate feedback, rewards, and recognition.
- Ensure proper, appropriate, and timely operations reporting and record keeping both at the hotels and at the corporate office.
- Ensure development, implementation, and support successful attainment of each managed hotel’s annual Business Plan.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and ensure development of, and adherence to, AATMOS’s hotel operations policies, protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Previous hotel operations experience is preferred.
- Restaurant revenue management experience is preferred.
- Must be strong leader, self-motivator, team builder
- Must be able and prepared to travel
- Must be available during prime demand periods, weekends and evenings, to handle inventory and rate inquires
- Must be willing and able to sign AATMOS’s non-disclosure and non-compete agreements
College or higher-level education
- Minimum 3 years of hotel revenue management experience. Experience with IHG, Hilton, and Marriott systems is preferred.
- Previous hotel operations experience is preferred.
- Restaurant revenue management experience is preferred.
