We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sleep Apnea Front Office and Patient Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, in-office position will require candidates to travel to different dental offices when needed and must be available to work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities :
- Schedule patients for sleep apnea consultations and follow-up appointments.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for sleep apnea patients.
- Coordinate lab cases and ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
- Assist in selling sleep apnea treatment options to patients and managing the sales process.
- Ensure accurate billing and coding for all procedures and treatments.
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Provide excellent patient care and ensure smooth patient flow from consultation to treatment.
Qualifications :
Compensation : $25-$28 per hour (Based on Experience) 2% on collections
