Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental office setting
- Familiarity with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend software
- Knowledge of PPO insurances and basic financing
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude
- Must be willing to answer patient questions and guide them through treatment options
