Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional Patient Experience.
• Present and educate patients on the financial aspect of their treatment needs.
• Thoroughly understand dental insurance benefits and coverage.
• Understand and present financing options utilizing 3rd part financing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
• Advanced comprehension of dental procedures, terminology, etc.
• Follow all OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize dental software systems to schedule appointments and manage patient records.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Dentistry.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience with aseptic technique and infection control protocols.
• Familiarity with dental office operations and procedures.
• Ability to time manage and problem solve.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
