The Role :

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will leverage your proven track record and Salesforce expertise to identify and cultivate high-value opportunities within the enterprise market. You will become a trusted advisor to senior-level decision-makers, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how AAXIS can assist their organization in unlocking the full potential of Salesforce to drive operational efficiencies, improve profitability, and gain a competitive edge.

Who You Are :

  • 8 years of B2B solution selling experience, with a successful track record exceeding sales goals in the enterprise space.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly B2B / D2C Commerce Cloud, Order Management Systems (OMS), and their functionalities within the enterprise landscape.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing the unique needs of enterprise clients.
  • A collaborative spirit, fostering strong relationships with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Proven ability to independently generate leads through prospecting, your personal network, and industry knowledge.

What You'll Do :

  • Partner with Salesforce to identify and target high-growth opportunities within the enterprise market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and objectives through consultative discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Craft compelling value propositions, demonstrating how AAXIS solutions can optimize Salesforce functionality to achieve significant business outcomes.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, navigating internal approvals and building consensus among stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering long-term partnerships and driving ongoing revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with AAXIS leadership and internal teams (technical, implementation, customer success) to deliver exceptional client experiences exceeding expectations.
