Position
Objective:
Project manage multiple projects within AB Mauri North America; Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects across different business units. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project using best practice. Communicate project status to stakeholders, project owners and senior leadership.

Project Management
- Work with Project Owners to build project plans, project charters and workstream definitions.
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating tasks on the project to workstreams and assisting to find employees best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for workstreams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with Project Owners keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Leading project workstream sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources, helping project teams track time and resource availability.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with project owner and stakeholders
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Designing project risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for department managers and leadership team
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in central location
- Liaison to global project management community and adopting best practices.

A COMBINATION OF THE LISTED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- 3 to 5 Years of Project Management experience
- Highly developed personal computing skills including Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Project Management Software knowledge: Workfront, MS Project or other PM software, MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a customer focused environment
