Vice President of Business Development - Healthcare Staffing
AB Staffing Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Vice President of Business Development with exceptional presentation, sales and time management skills to generate a pipeline of leads through various channels. As the VP of Business Development, you will work across our Acute, Post-Acute, and Allied Health divisions.

Your responsibilities as the Vice President of Business Development will include:
- Cold-calling and emailing potential leads and attending networking events to gain new business.
- Communicating with all levels of stakeholders within facilities and healthcare organizations to identify staffing needs and solutions.
- Attending conferences, site visits, and trade shows, as needed.
To qualify for this Vice President of Business Development opportunity, you must have a High School Diploma or GED and:
- 7 years of healthcare staffing sales experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional presentation skills.
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service.
