We are in search of a dependable Payroll Specialist to join our growing team.
Payroll Specialist Responsibilities :
- Responsible for processing and management of time capture and expenses with overall focus on data collection, data integrity and customer service.
- Process new hire entries and employee terminations.
- Process weekly payrolls for both W2 and 1099 contractors.
- Organize and complete agreements and purchase orders as it relates to processing contractor payroll and client invoicing.
- Confirm all compliance requirements are met to process payment.
- Audit activities and issue resolutions.
- Additional duties as assigned.
