Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join ABA Centers of America. Our organization is committed to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and diagnostic services to individuals with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, including preference assessments, functional assessments, staff performance assessments, and others
