Job Summary
As a Clinical Behavior Analyst Manager at ABA Centers of America, you will play a critical role in our team's efforts to deliver high-quality autism care services. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for individuals with autism, as well as overseeing the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBT staff and caregivers. Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBT staff and caregivers
- Conduct preference assessments, functional assessments, and staff performance evaluations as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and program outcomes
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
