While being part of the Procurement Department, you’ll work exclusively with the clinic operations team to source event venues, vendors, and materials for our clinics in multiple states.
The Procurement Lead will oversee the core responsibilities of the Procurement department. This position will audit and review purchase orders to ensure adherence to HIPPA internal controls and company policies. Will continue to manage communications with vendors and serve as a point of liaison between the accounts payable department and other operational teams.

What You'll Do
- Lead the Procurement Team
- Oversee planning, sourcing, and selection of new vendors
- Learn the organization’s business objectives and how they translate into specific procurement needs
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations on requisitions and purchase orders
- Oversee communication and troubleshooting efforts with department managers
- Prepare, review, and ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures
- Educate vendors about company guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the procurement process
- Prepare reporting for month-end close deliverables
- Develop ad hoc presentations and reporting
- Work with internal stakeholders to optimize budgets and forecasts to avoid duplicate efforts
- Analyze department metrics and assist in procurement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and international regulations governing procurement activities
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with Coupa is highly preferred
- Proven track record of effective vendor management
- Deep understanding of buying processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance documentation
- Familiarity with 3-way matching
- Experience in managing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Agreements
- Knowledge of Procurement software and tools
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
