What You’ll Do
Work with Admissions and clinicians to ensure that intakes are completed for prospective families / clients
Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools such as Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST, etc.
Ensure the appropriate transition of cases after the initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families and the receiving team
Provide a maximum of 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinical environments
Conduct peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hours
Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments
Requirements
BCBA certification
Tennessee LBA licensure
3 years of experience in the field supervising others
Must maintain clean background / drug screenings and driving record
