Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position requires enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to be physically active—running, playing, and engaging with kids while implementing treatment plans and collecting data!
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Use play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain through our on site training program)
- Experience working with children, especially those with special needs (preferred)
- Ability to be physically active, including running, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
