What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor- Hillsborough/Tampa Clinic/Impact position at ABA Solutions?
The Clinical Supervisor is a new position available for experienced BCBAs at ABA Solutions. The position covers the geographic region of Hillsborough. The goal of this new position is to provide training and support for new staff coming on board, as well as ongoing support for our established analysts.
This posting will be open from March 31st until end of day Friday April 4th.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold a BCBA certification
- Has been with ABA Solutions for at least one year
- Must be a staff member currently working in the geographic area where the position is posted
- Preference will be given to applicants who are full time or working towards full time, but we may consider those working 15 or more hours a week on average
- Has completed the 8-hour BACB Supervision Training and carries a caseload that includes frequent supervision of staff and staff management
- Excellent results of performance reviews and supervisor reviews completed by supervisees
- Excellent clinical and administrative performance, timely submission of billing and paperwork
DUTIES
- Communicate with directors and new hires to coordinate monthly in-person training and communicate with directors to identify staff in need of additional support.
- Provide in-person new hire training for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. Provide in-person level-change training.
- Complete clinical reviews according to funder-specific review rubrics and follow a review schedule, staying within the given time allotment (all new staff and 20% of all plans for the area per year for established staff)
- Assist new hires with any general clinical issues through their first 90 days (as needed and assigned by the director)
- Serve as a resource for staff who have questions about writing plans, demonstrating medical necessity, and navigating peer review/reconsideration/denials
- Understand and stay current with funder requirements and ABA Solutions clinical policies
- Assist in the development of additional non-CEU training material based on staff needs (development of 1 recorded training per quarter available to all ABA Solutions staff via the staff portal). This could be a CEU presentation or a supplementary training. The topic will be determined by feedback regarding current staff needs.
