About the Job
The position requires that you provide direct 1:1 therapy in addition to a supervision caseload.
You must be available between 2-8 pm, weekends a huge plus!
The mid-level ABA supervisor will program and deliver high quality communication, self-help, leisure and study skills for adolescents/children with complex behavioral needs, in an effort to improve their life quality and achieve greater independence, and within their local community.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Management:
- Lead and supervise Behavior Specialists, including line management and continued training/development of staff.
- To understand and actively implement all ABA Your Way policies and procedures.
- Maintain and manage all records and reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring effective communication to all relevant stakeholders (the right information, to the right people, at the right time).
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the programming and behavior plans for clients under the supervision of Behavior Analysts.
- Carrying a small caseload providing in person 1:1 direct service
- Responsible for safeguarding the health and safety of the clients, including maintaining a physically safe environment and completing risk assessments as appropriate.
Data collection/Assessment/Reviews:
- Ensure that client progress data is collected kept up to date.
- Responsible for regularly communicating analysis with the case assigned Behavior Analyst.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and appropriate data collection systems are followed and used as an effective assessment for learning tools.
- To support, where required, with assessments.
Supervision and Training:
- Conduct regular observations of Behavior Specialists and provide continuous feedback
- and coaching.
- Responsible for providing training, both directly and indirectly, through modeling good
- teaching and practice.
- Committed to own continuing professional development.
- To undertake any other appropriate responsibilities and duties that may arise.

Basic and Physical Requirements:
- Sit, stand, bend, and play with children for the entire session averaging 1-3 hours
- Must be able to use a computer, tablet and take electronic data accurately.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree. REQUIRED
- Master's Degree- YOU MUST BE ENROLLED TO PROVIDE SUPERVISION
- 2 Years experience working in the field of ABA and coursework. REQUIRED
- A minimum of 1 year supervising behavior technicians/RBTs in the field PREFERRED
- References.
- Drivers license. REQUIRED
- Clean driving record REQUIRED
- Pass a background check REQUIRED
- Car Insurance. REQUIRED
