Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level ABA Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and demonstrate excellent leadership skills. This position involves overseeing and supporting a team of behavior technicians while collaborating closely with caregivers to ensure the implementation of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disorders.
As a supervisor, you will guide and mentor staff, ensuring they are following best practices and helping them grow professionally. Additionally, you will work closely with parents, providing them with training and ongoing support to foster a consistent approach at home and in the community. The goal is to empower families with the tools they need to enhance their child's development, promoting meaningful progress in everyday life. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and promoting best practices in client care.
Duties
- Supervising and providing clinical direction to behavior technicians.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of clients through data collection and analysis.
- Collaborating with caregivers to develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Offering ongoing parent training and support to strengthen the connection between therapy and real-world application.
- Leading and coaching a team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children with autism.
- Ability to conduct assessments effectively including VBMAPP, Vineland, FAST.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff, clients, and families.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Compassionate approach towards working with individuals with diverse needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
