We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager who will be responsible for all work performed under this Statement of Work (SOW). We are seeking a talented Project Manager responsible for all work performed under this Statement of Work (SOW). The Project Manager will serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and is designated as Key by the Government. During any absence, an alternate with full authority will act on behalf of the Project Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer and COR.
- Provide cost forecasting experience and respond to COR questions regarding contract cost estimation, variance, burn, etc.
- Offer strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.
- Conduct detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission-critical challenges / issues.
- Consult with clients to define needs or problems.
- Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data, providing advice and recommending solutions.
- Ensure availability to the COR via telephone between 0830 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and respond to technical problems within 4 hours of notification.
- Designate an alternate with full authority to act in the Project Manager's absence.
