Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with clients in the technology and professional services industries
- Act as the point of contact for client interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Pursue new business opportunities within the technology and professional services industries
- Work with the business development team to prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients
- Oversee and mentor a team of audit professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Handle the recruitment and development of audit professionals within the technology and professional services group
- Develop comprehensive audit plans tailored to the unique risks and challenges of the clients
- Manage and roll out audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Conduct risk assessments, identifying potential areas of concern and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management
Requirements
- 12 years of audit experience
- Experience with Technology and Professional Service clients
- Expert in accounting principles and audit methodologies
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced business development acumen
- CPA required
- Skilled in Excel
