Responsibilities
- Provide high-level and comprehensive support to the Managing Partner
- Handle calendar management, inbox management, travel coordination, etc.
- Assist with internal / external event planning and meeting preparation
- Coordinate client due diligence, investment annual, and weekly staff meetings
- Support management company accounting by allocating expenses in Concur
- Manage confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security
- Work with Managing Partner and other stakeholders, clients, and business partners
- Help with personal and professional tasks for the Managing Partner
- Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and brainstorm solutions
- Liaise with external IT support teams to troubleshoot issues for software systems
