Our client is a private equity firm. They seek an Executive Assistant to join their Greenwich, CT office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level and comprehensive support to the Managing Partner
  • Handle calendar management, inbox management, travel coordination, etc.
  • Assist with internal / external event planning and meeting preparation
  • Coordinate client due diligence, investment annual, and weekly staff meetings
  • Support management company accounting by allocating expenses in Concur
  • Manage confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security
  • Work with Managing Partner and other stakeholders, clients, and business partners
  • Help with personal and professional tasks for the Managing Partner
  • Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and brainstorm solutions
  • Liaise with external IT support teams to troubleshoot issues for software systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • Strong calendar and time management skills
  • Organized with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
