Our client is a marketing firm. They seek a Marketplace Account Manager to join their Long Island City, Queens office.
Responsibilities
- Understand client product market, performance goals, and growth opportunities
- Develop, implement, and refine a PPC/DSP strategy to drive profitable growth
- Create learning objectives to drive performance improvement through analysis
- Anticipate client needs and questions to address concerns and develop responses
- Participate in client/agency meetings to present long-term results and strategies
- Present weekly performance and proactively explain changes internally and externally
- Track and evaluate account performance and relevant KPIs through analytics
- Manage product listings, including creating new listings and optimizing existing ones
- Oversee and improve QA processes to ensure the accuracy of each campaign
- Handle the day-to-day management of our Amazon Seller Central account
Requirements
- 3 years of Amazon Marketing Services experience
- Advanced knowledge of Amazon Advertising platform
- Develop a promotional strategy around key Amazon Event windows
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital best practices
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, chart building, Vlookups)
- PACVUE experience preferred but not required
